IT’S TIME FOR YOUR CAPACITY FOR FREEDOM TO EXPAND.

From Drowning in Success to Designing Freedom

I spent over 20 years in the high-stakes insurance industry, building businesses while raising kids and trying to be a good wife. From the outside, I had it all—successful career, thriving businesses, family that looked put-together.

From the inside? I was drowning.

I was working 70-hour weeks, managing multiple businesses, and carrying the mental load for everyone around me. I couldn't turn my brain off at 11 PM. I was brilliant at work and completely empty at home. Sound familiar?

I became a ghost in my own life—and I thought that was just the price of being successful.

YOUR EMPIRE IS BURYING YOU ALIVE.

BUT YOU CAN FIND FREEDOM.

YOUR EMPIRE IS BURYING YOU ALIVE. BUT YOU CAN FIND FREEDOM.

My transformation journey began with a devastating loss that changed everything: my father's death.

My dad was the most generous man I've ever known. If you needed help, he was there. If you had a problem, he'd drop everything to solve it. He was everyone's go-to person, their rock, their emergency contact.

But I watched him spend his final years carrying burdens that weren't his to bear. The weight of being everyone's solution slowly crushed the joy out of a man who deserved to enjoy the life he'd worked so hard to build.

His death taught me the cost of never learning to rest.

The Turning Point

That's when I realized:

Our greatest strength isn't in our capacity to endlessly endure, but in our courage to stop carrying what isn't ours.

My Unique Background

This combination gives me a unique perspective—I understand both the external pressures of high-performance business environments AND the internal work required for lasting transformation.

High-Stakes Insurance (20+ years): I understand the pressure of being responsible for critical decisions, managing demanding clients, and performing under intense scrutiny. I know what it's like when your phone never stops ringing and everyone expects you to have the answers.

Beauty & Image Industry: As an esthetician, makeup artist, and wardrobe coach, I learned something profound: "You can make a woman look amazing on the outside, but if she doesn't feel good on the inside, none of it matters.

This isn't theory. It's documented personal transformation with measurable results.

The Framework That ChangedEverything

Using my own life as the testing ground, I developed the Capacity Liberation Protocol™—the systematic framework that took me from 70-hour weeks to having overflow capacity for writing a book, launching a nonprofit, AND being more present for my family than ever before.

My Mission with Executive Women

My mission is simple:

Help executive women stop carrying everyone else's emotional baggage so they can reclaim their lives without sacrificing their success.

I specialize in working with high-achieving women who are tired of being the automatic solution for everyone's problems and ready to design freedom instead of just managing overwhelm.

Beyond Executive Burnout: Whole Woman Wellness Center

I'm also the founder of Whole Woman Wellness Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing aid and life skills to women transitioning back into society after incarceration.

This work reflects my deep belief that every woman deserves the chance to rebuild her identity and create lasting sovereignty, regardless of her past. Whether it's an executive woman drowning in her success or a formerly incarcerated woman rebuilding her life, the core need is the same: the right to design freedom.

Why I Get Your World

I know what it's like to:

  • Be the person everyone calls when things go wrong

  • Feel guilty taking time for yourself when "everyone needs you"

  • Lie awake at 11 PM with your brain cycling through tomorrow's problems

  • Love your family fiercely but feel like you're failing them because you're always distracted

  • Work from home and watch all boundaries completely disappear

  • Promise your husband "I'll be coming to bed in a few minutes" and still be staring at your screen at midnight

Here's what I learned: The problem wasn't my capacity. It was everything I was putting in it that didn't belong there.

Now I teach other executive women how to put down what isn't theirs to carry—using business principles they already understand to create the freedom they've earned.
